Public Sector Management in Armenia

With financing from the Asian Development Bank we are supporting the Government of Armenia in developing an improved planning and budgeting process in the education sector and a Medium-Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF) model to provide robust estimates for costs and budgetary requirements to achieve medium and long term  education sector targets. We are also conducting an assessment of the public financial management system to advise government on how to strengthen the fund flow mechanisms to support the decentralization in the sector.
