Support to the African Union Commission

With financing from KfW Development Bank Think Global consultants have been supporting the African Union Commission (AUC) in scoping the possibilities for joint financing and developing a Joint Financial Arrangement to harmonize financial contributions from International Partners under one performance framework and disbursement arrangement. We are further involved in counseling the necessary financial management reforms, as the introduction of medium term planning and financial management, to support sustainably joint financing of AUC.
